We are completely overjoyed to win and receive recognition for the brilliant work that the Ambient Guardians do for our service. “The Guardians make a vital difference to the way Ambient operates and grows. They help to ensure we get it right for the people we support, whether that’s in a supported living service, out in the community or in a care home. And it’s an opportunity for our Guardians to learn new skills and meet new people – it’s an unconventional but clever idea that works brilliantly for all involved and ensures Ambient delivers person-centred care and support.”Chief Executive of Ambient Support, Mark Milton says:“We are absolutely thrilled to win this award which recognises Ambient’s innovative thinking and our utmost commitment to providing excellent quality care. It requires a different relationship between the people we support and our professionals, with a shift in power and decision-making that enables users to have a voice and be connected to each other and their communities and I am extremely proud that our staff are able to facilitate this way of working.“I am truly humbled to see how our carers go above-and-beyond, on a daily basis, to provide the best possible care and enable the people we support to live the best and most fulfilling lives they can.” Visit Ambient on FacebookVisit Ambient on TwitterTo talk to us about what you need and how we can help, please get in touch. 020 8502 3933 hello@ambient.org.uk
