Swan House care home is ideally situated in the heart of the community in Winslow.

It is an intimate Residential Care Home that is able to provide a home to 32 residents. The home is able to support those with a higher level of specific dementia care needs.

Swan House provides a friendly, supportive and welcoming home from home environment with regular and varied activities. Outings and events are also organised.

We serve 3 nutritiously balanced meals a day with hot and cold drinks and snacks available to residents at all times. Residents have a choice of dining with others or in their rooms.

The secure gardens at Swan House are attractive and fully wheelchair accessible for residents and visitors alike.

We are able to provide care and support for people living with dementia including Alzheimer’s. Our staff are trained to levels 2 and 3 in Regulated Quality Framework (QCF) standards in Dementia Care & Awareness.
