Ambient has a team of Quality Checkers who are trained to monitor the quality of our services.They have expert understanding of mental health because they either receive support themselves, or have family members who do.Quality Checkers want to make things better for other people that receive support from us.They find out what people think by getting to know the people that use the services we provide. They might choose to:Talk with people on the telephoneTalk to people in the service they receive support in or in their own homeTalk to people somewhere else where they would be happy to meetTalk to someone who knows a person well with their permissionQuality Checkers ask questions but more importantly they listen to people.
