It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, and the theme this year is kindness.Research shows us that kindness is deeply connected to our mental wellbeing. Being kind helps others feel good, reduces feelings of isolation, helps keep life in perspective – and the more we do for others, the kinder we tend to treat ourselves.
