Jo Turberville, Involvement Lead at Ambient, makes Home Care Insight Power List 2022

We are delighted to announce that Jo Turberville, Ambient’s very own Involvement Lead, has made it onto the Home Care Insight Power List 2022, a guide showcasing the sector’s most influential leaders and shining examples of excellence and innovation.

“Jo has been working hard with Ambient Support to ensure clients and employees live fulfilling lives. During and coming out of the pandemic, Jo worked quickly to find solutions to the challenges facing the organisation and, under her leadership and innovative thinking, Jo became the creator of the Ambient Guardians group. The group focuses on tackling recruitment issues and encouraging involvement in the sector, creating easy read resources and interview packs, workshops covering good care practice and mental health, and problems and opportunities for Ambient to collect feedback from employees and clients to improve their services.

She has taken her vision to a national audience and it is clear that she is an innovator who has clear strategic thinking.
