At Horse Leaze, we believe that everyone is unique and deserves to live a full and meaningful life in their community – regardless of age, health or disability. To learn more about how we provide the person-centred support that every individual needs to do just that, watch this video about The Ambient Way.
Horse Leaze provides support for adults (aged 18+) with complex needs such as a learning disability and/or autism and/or associated behaviours that may challenge.
The service will benefit people who require a 3-month to 2 year period to maintain or re-establish relationships with their community and their circle of support before the next step into more independent community living.
Horse Leaze also provides peripatetic / outreach support to people either prior to admission / moving in and / or following their stay to ensure a smooth transition to their new long-term service.
