At Peppercorn House, we believe that everyone is unique and deserves to live a full and meaningful life in their community – regardless of age, health or disability. Peppercorn House, Extra Care offers purpose built one bedroomed apartments to the over 60’s who wish to live an independent life but may need some extra care and support at times.
Ideally situated in the Stoke area of Ipswich, Peppercorn House is within easy reach of transport facilities and central Ipswich with its wide ranging facilities.
The development provides accommodation in 23 self-contained one bedroomed apartments arranged over 3 floors.
Each apartment provides:
Accommodation is suitable for singles or for couples where either one partner or both might require assistance with daily living, allowing couples to carry on living together but with additional support when needed.

Admission Policy Local Authority funded apartments. As support is bespoke to each individual's needs, costs may vary depending on the number of support hours required. For information on availability of apartments through the local authority please contact your local Adult Services department and request an assessment with a view to a placement at Peppercorn House.
