St James’ Court is a purpose built complex of 12 individual apartments for older people.
St James’ Court Extra Care apartments are designed for people who want to live in their own home but also require some level of personalised support to live independently. All apartments are wheelchair accessible and there are lifts to the upper floor.
It is situated next to Hazlemere Lodge, our residential home in Hazlemere.
St James’ Court is a complex of Local Authority funded apartments. As support is bespoke to each individual’s needs, costs may vary depending on the number of support hours required. For information on availability of apartments through the local authority, please contact your local Adult Services department and request an assessment with a view to a placement at St James’ Court.
