Swan Court, Extra Care is a purpose built complex of 12 individual extra care apartments for people over 60.
Situated in the old market town of Winslow, it offers residents the independence of living in their own homes but the reassurance and convenience of extra care on hand.
Residents still have their own home with their own front door, but with the additional security of knowing that care and support is available if and when they need it.
Swan Court is ideally situated next to Swan House Care Home.
Swan Court is a complex of Local Authority funded apartments. As support is bespoke to each individual’s needs, costs may vary depending on the number of support hours required. For information on availability of apartments through the local authority, please contact your local Adult Services department and request an assessment with a view to a placement at Swan Court.
